They are on both sides because they know there are large sellers. NITE is legit, that is most likely the seller of issued shares. PUMA thinks that .16 is too high a price, and CDELL, GTSM and CSTI have been boxing in the spread for days. This used to have a .13 bid and a .19 ask. It has been slowly dropping for the past week WITH news.
