“Built with a lightweight aluminum frame and integrated wheels, the CLMBR machine is portable and easy to move. The machine is engineered with high quality industrial grade materials, including Kevlar-reinforced belts, and is made specifically for heavy commercial use”

Keywords: Kevlar-reinforced belts

CAVR’s application—

appft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PG01&s1=881210&OS=881210&RS=881210

“2. The machine of claim 1, wherein the motion of the left and right handles and the left and right pedals are facilitated by one or more belt drive mechanisms”

Versaclimber’s patent expired in 2002 and their machine was chain-driven. It appears CAVR and CLMBR’s product will be belt-driven.

What would happen if CAVR’s patent application is approved ahead of CLMBR’s?

Note— CLMBR has already attracted many influential investors —
