poundwise, govenment agencies attempt to be exact in their court filings, so by "interest" it should be concluded that Sulja Nevada owns less than 100% of Sulja Ontario.

The court papers would have specifically stated "fully owned" had this been the case.

Since 51% is required to "consolidate" the financial statements, then more than likely the ownership is 51% or above.



Not sure...but Sulja Nevada could have 100% or majority interest in Sulja Canada.
