GBS Inc. intends to develop and launch point-of-care diagnostic tests urgently needed to help control COVID-19 and change the lives of people living with diabetes.

Each unit consists of one common share and two warrants—one warrant from each of two classes with exercise prices of $17.00 and $8.50, respectively. I’ve never seen an IPO that includes two classes of warrants, one of which is deeply in-the-money on the IPO date.
