[Almost A Myth]

The company set a target date of 12/27/2020 for name/ticker change, and assimilation of the additional 300M shares into the A/S. Those shares were added to A/S (not O/S) to protect the company from the possibility of a hostile takeover. That is explained in a different filing, which you can find here:

IMO we will have full financials during the time we halt for the changes. So as long as the company is on schedule, the next two days are the last chance to trade this before we get all the updates....and Friday is a short trading day.
