If it reaches $100 by then that means that along the way it reaches $20 by then. Thus if it reaches $100 by then the people who think it will reach $20 by then are not wrong; note the article did not say the people surveyed expected it to go no further than $20 by then. The article did not state an upper limit as to how high people think it will go. Furthermore I (in the post you replied to) did not give an upper level as to how high it might go, though in a prior post (at https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=160416946 ) I stated what I saw as the next resistance level.
