typical- news runs otc stocks. not fins. this will run with the MJ/hemp sector, it is low float / low OS and good traders see that.

plus there are no retail holders below this- just some occasional dumb sheep dropping a market order sell.

some nutball lost 400k shares today at 011 and would have to pay 016 to re-enter.
