I think it’s mostly the same as the one we saw before but every time they make a change they re-file. Which would mean a change was made. I glanced through it but don’t know exactly what all is involved.

The purchase price appears to be about the same. I think the bottom line is the same as last time. Cleaning up the balance sheet and maybe bringing in capital for acquisitions, if they get enough interest.

Looked like a 100K and a 140K purchase right in the last minute.
