There are reasons not to do the website. If a m/a is going on here incoming company may require neca to be currant. I worked for a company that went through this and we could not finish transaction tell current. This included any changes to ether sides websites social media etc. So was the deal supposed to be current Friday announcement Monday. But it went sideways setting a buy opportunity tell they can announce what ever is going on.
