Peter, Of course we don't know who is selling and who is buying . Most of the Transactions in the last few hours were likely retail and most of them were under 2000 shares each And most are much smaller than that.

I have to think that the market makers have a beautiful inventory Of shares to unload at higher prices. This is what they do when they spend so much time driving the prices down. They buy them cheap so they can sell them high So when larger orders come in they can meet that demand.

Day after day we're seeing small volumes have huge influence on price and the only reason that can be is the low float. The demand appears to be at the cusp of what market makers can provide a solid PR with current financials will likely drive the demand well beyond what MMs can hope to manage easily.

This is my read.
