My opinion..
Lazar sold the -SHELL- that much is obvious..
he’s still got his big payday coming with the shares he’s still got in this one, roughly 16mm or so..
Tian Wei/Wei Tian... is Lazar-ish, my opinion, in how he does business, has been part of several IPOs, has and has had a plan for this for quite some time it appears, but the quite some time aspect, that’s just my opinion.

If we are looking at an EV company, sky’s the limit... while I do hope this is the case, for all our benefit.. I can’t find much about that, so, I’m gonna say that’s a dream scenario..

But, I do believe there’s a sizable company coming in here.. and I do believe there’s gonna be very many, extremely content shareholders here, after the announcement is officially made about the new company reversing into this one..

My opinion, all of it... however, either way, I believe this is far bigger than we are expecting..
