The biggest deal is that LBWR just got a second life.
If I understand the new SEC rule correctly, all stocks taken by custodians have an 18 month reprieve to get current.
That makes LBWR a safer investment than many other tickers that are in delinquent in the their filings — and therefore much more likely to turn grey again.
