It has applied for uplisting to the NASDAQ (which will probably happen very soon).

It is being financially backed by Kevin O'Leary ("Mr Wonderful" from Shark Tank) & Bruce Linton (cannabis industry pioneer and founder/ex CEO of Canopy Growth - a NASDAQ company with a $9.5 billion market cap)

They are also not a one-pony show, and (so far) have 3 different drugs in the pipeline.
