Scam to me means purposely misleading the public. I don't think that is being done here.

If in the end HYSR is "too naive" and it doesn't work to generate enough hydrogen, or at a low enough price, that doesn't make it a scam.

I appreciate the reference to another company, but one company's failures does not equate to another company's failures.

We'll see...
