No, that was on the 10Q so I know there are 5.3 million shares issued so they can have capital rather than actually selling a product for capital. So, yes, there is 5.3 million shares that include "vendor services". See, they don't have any cash, so they go to their A/S piggy bank and pay with shares that dilute your equity. Hence why they are doing it because if the shareholders don't say anything, they will dilute all day long and never have to worry about raising capital by actually working. What do you think they do everyday...every week...every month. Not much from what I can tell.
