I'm going all-in on this early January. I don't see why not since five analysts have an "out-perform" or "buy" rating. The min. price targets are also around $28.

I researched the credibility of these analysts and they all have accurate histories.

I'm sure either if they sell the land w/ iron-ore or mine from it, they will be benefiting from both. There doesn't appear to be a negative side to this. Tell me if I'm wrong and where you are coming from, I'm here to learn your research on this corporation.
