lowtrade, I'm an amateur trader and lurker of your respected board. Question - ICNM was a penny gamble I took years ago and lost. Been no-bid for years. The past week, it has seen some volume (10 or 15 million a day), but today it's been hit for over 1 billion shares at .0001 and has a bid for the first time in a decade.

Any thoughts or guesses about what might be happening?
