Plenty of companies dilute and make bank without being current also. It would have been much cheaper and easier to drop a couple fluff PRs to get the same results. Something is going on behind the scenes. Good or bad time will tell. But makes no sense to become current and draw attention from the powers to be just to dump a ton of shares and sale off into the sunset.
