Yeah shareholders got screwed over by Lazar. He found out he screwed himself by validating the shares and adding 9 billion to the AS making the OS 8.27 billion. That’s why he sold it as soon as he could to get out from under his mistake. Now the Chinese CEO will come in reverse split and wipe all common shareholders
