The last offering was at $3.45. The stock is now at $2.89. If anything, it is undervalued.

Cannacord (a company that has about $56 BILLION worth of assets under management) bought 18.2 million shares (worth about $62 million) of MMEDF. They are a huge company with over $1 billion revenue per year and 2,300 employees. They think that MMEDF is worth AT LEAST $3.45. I'll go with them...
