The company and new CEO should put out a shareholder letter updating us before we come to a shut down of trading at the end of this month

What is being done to clear up the CV
Be specific on why it is remaining

Is there a plan to continue auditing the financials or has an uplist been taken off the table

They did clean up some lawsuits this year
