CHIP THIS IS IMPORTANT I know you stated you didn't think an R/S would happen and you are 100% CORRECT. In FACT, an R/S with UBQU or any other Ticker is NOT ALLOWED BY FINRA Regulation until Fully Compliant with BOTH ALL Requirements of its State of Incorporation AND SEC Reporting. That is simply a FACT and may be Verified by simply accessing the FINRA Reporting Site.

There is ALWAYS Mention of an R/S with any TRIP Stock and it ALWAYS occurs 100% of the Time as the most often used Negative attempt to suppress PPS Advancement. That too a FACT. So don't be sidetracked by such a "straw man" discussion used by and for inexperienced traders as a distraction about UBQU. That in my opinion is not a wise move. GLTY!!
