COUV:my first clear 2021 call, i think MASSIVE.....its @ .039.......sorry to be pumpy lol...but this pure asset merge of former Zap and Go......its rather amazing.....here is the 3 minute condensed low down yo:
:Carbon Ion bought the assets of dissolved Zap and Go....yes that Zap and Go that was on the industry’s radar for years, as they were demonstrating far superior battery technology. Zap and Go was horribly managed and even scandal... so Carbon Ion was a new company set up this summer to buy just the assets and 30+ Patents.
Carbon Ion then wanted to go public......as they are coming to market in 2021 after 10 years development, of this new battery and possible paradigm shift away from lithium ion batteries.....and so one of the quickest ways is to merge into a penny stock......and COUV was the right candidate: competent CEO who cleaned up the debt, SS and books, got Pink Current ........and re-instated.
....also the COUV ticker if you look in the filings, had only $48,000 in converts.......which is like one 1 mil buy at .005 its all gone, and could already be gone.....and there has been one 106 mil share reduction n August to SS, and another 89 mil we are still waiting on........and there are 199 mil Common shares held by insiders and financiers.....leaving only a 150 to 200 mil float and small OS.
SO: the perfect ticker and company for a serious, ground breaking company, Carbon Ion, to merge into the former extremely valuable future tech and Patents of Zap and Go.
