This is not "hype" from AERG. This is 1 solution that isn't lethal to occupants, though not the only solution that will stop a vehicle. You can find that info in the JNLW docs...pretty sure you know how to find this? They did rename it JIFCO though ;)

As far as what Quarles states in Noble video....I believe you need to watch it again. This technology is not what is shown in pic of car used in other media pics for their other technology and is still being developed. It is my understanding it is Banshee's technology. Again, watch and listen to video. You'll learn a lot.
