Exactly... Just How PCTL blamed the auditors after PCTL didn't provide what they were supposed to and asked so many questions. Same excuses were made every late filing PCTL had. ITs always somebody or something's fault (Covid).

Excuses.. Gary keeps his shareholders in the dark and supprises them with 8ks that state Dilution was being done.
