Pretty thorough website with lots of history of successful clinical trials. Sounds like they are trying to get ALKM Co-packing in Puerto Rico as well:
"PRCCI is also working to assist PAOG in its partnership with PURA and Alkame Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: ALKM) to expand ALKM's co-packing operations in Puerto Rico in conjunction with the development of a CBD nutraceutical care solutions for those experiencing issues associated with COPD."

PAOG's RespRx treatment is clearly legit as it is already under several trials with very positive initial results.
