I think there is just a low quantity of shares still out there and more and more people/institutions want to be in on this. I kinda doubt EUA is imminent as phase 3 isn't finished (though that's imminent) and only then EUA application gets filed. It just seems to me there is little supply and greater demand. I was upset about the RS a few months back. Now I appreciate the value of it more.
