The truth is that among those who are aware of CAVR, there's little interest in buying shares now, at a price that's purported to be a "no brainer".

Who wouldn't but at a penny, that which is expected to be worth a nickel or dime, in short order?

Well, apparently most everybody who's aware of CAVR, judging from the lackluster volume.
