My view is that BIGN is decreasing it’s value by spinning of TYEG and WWOG, and “compensating” this by giving us some dividends.
Dividends of which we have - in all honesty - no indication what the worth will be.
So we have decrease in value opposed to uncertainty. Where is the gain for us ?

The argument they are giving away these dividends for creating a shareholder basis does not fly for TYEG since they are creating a shareholder basis by selling PRE IPO shares. WWOG probably will do the same.
