I don’t know if it’s me but I can’t read your post. Clearly you don’t like short sellers. Lol. That’s 1-dimensional trading and over time you lose your shirt unless you buy and hold. My question is how long do you hold if you really believe? I’ve held stocks for 30-years. And I know I’m right about audits. Been down that road too many times. My secret wish is I don’t want a company to tell me that’s on their plans...I’d rather see them start initially filing form d and form 4. These are not required since the company is non reporting but it’s free to file and it’s an official disclosure meaning although not required - they can still disclose sec forms and it’s binding. These forms don’t require an audit just honesty with recourse if they file them. Otherwise there will always be a “cloud” and bring out guys like me. I’m not the only short here I’m just the largest one
