You said it yourself earlier, OTC is "Pay to Play". I really prefer he invested in his business and grow than waste money on the ability to sell stock. Its a good sign that he doesn't need to dilute to keep things going and grow.
Keeping the Caviar Emporium sticker off is important though and they are making it more difficult these days.
