So you mean, I can call the transferagent on all my stocks, and they can tell me if there is any investigation going on??? I don't think so, actually have 4 tickers that got shut down,,,do believe no one is allowed to get any info on any investigation, even the people who filed the complaint,,,now do believe there is a time period, like when the sec files something to shut a ticker down, seems like we the investors are last to know about it, and find out after heavy volume, and its already crashed,,,just find it kind of ironic, me being an investor here, for like 4 years, and you seem to know more about this then me,,,hmmm, love you swim:)
