Have you read their filings?

They're trying to sell hydroponic plant boxes, but struggling to make any sales.

They have essentially NO REVENUE, but monstrous debt they're unable to pay-off, unless they continue issuing diluted-shares in massive quantities.

Ignore the recent RS, and ignore that the AS was increased to 500,000,000 so that they had more headroom to continue the game after the RS.

But at least know what business-line they're currently chasing.
