I was in on ALPP made some pretty good money too. I liked the deal because it had 50 mil shares outstanding at the time and it's a mini holding company. So, I figures its almost profitable and it had a market cap of 1.5 million. But, then it started issuing notes with a convertible inticement 30% below the bid, you could tell it was written by a death spiral agent. Well, I was up 4 times my money so I sold. The stock did drop as I thought it would. But much further down, it dropped down to .0001 x .0002 and did i feel smart or what? Well as usual I proven wrong BIG TIME! The stock is now trading at $1.19 with volume of 1,000,000 shares + daily. I should have stayed on the story and when it hit rock bottom at (.0002 ask) i should have bought just under 5% of the issued and outstanding shares which is now 115,000,000. So, just to keep it safe and under 5% say 4.5% of the shares issued or 5,355,000 shares would've cost me $1,071. In less than 1 year that translates to a value of $6,372,000. That's a serious bummer on my part.

But, the good news is DRNG has the same potential. They went on the GRAY SHEETS to keep the public company costs down and allows them to continue to trade as public company, which is good. I'm thinking they are looking for an opportunity to plug into it. So there is a sense of hope in the deal. The volume in the last few trading sessions looks encouraging to.

Best of luck to all and Happy Holidays,
