Amusing article! They actually pretend as if the filings and PRs represent factual information, but then throw this little gem in there:

This confluence of factors reeks of fraud potential.

Probably a CYA statement because they know they are talking about a mine with fabricated filings and imaginary gold mine(s).

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
