The 1st four tubes were "...paid for or money set aside..." and usse was going to sell energy to pay for the next tubes while growing for the first several months, then after proven tube production for few months is when strong bank or other financing was to flow in.

Now, we're doing what? selling the company to usyi? what's wrong with USSE and original plan after LFZA?
