So, the same empty, anti-VPLM claims!!!!

Let's look at the whole picture, rather than the constant...well, you know!

I look at the one year below and see PLENTY OF ENTRY/EXIT POINTS FOR THOSE SO INCLINED!!!!!! Everyone is responsible for their own investment in VPLM!!! Did VPLM force anyone to buy?????....To NOT SELL ON A VERY LIQUID RUN TO NEARLY $.05?????

So, for those now having trouble with the current climate for VPLM, all I can say is I could not disagree more!!! VPLM is beaten like the red-headed stepchild when things are quiet, NOW, AS THINGS START TO HAPPEN ON MULTIPLE FRONTS, THAT'S NO GOOD EITHER!! There is a bid and ask; there was a run to ~$.05!!!!!

Hey, there is the en banc(a pleasant surprise for me), a Mandamus coming down the pile and I am still of the belief that Judge Albright could move at anytime....IT IS NEARLY THE HOLIDAYS, A DEAD TIME OF THE YEAR FOR COURTS!

Do remember, AND I'VE BEEN SAYING THIS REPEATEDLY FOR A LONG TIME, the Virnetx situation went on for years, in the end, 10+...

Is it VPLM's fault that are courts/patent process is so slow/lame??????? THERE ARE DEFINITE BENEFITS TO THIS AS WELL, HOWEVER!!!
