DSGT is a Canadian company (HQ in Surrey, BC... suburb of Vancouver) trading on the OTC.
As such, it is still a foreign company, but it is NOT Chinese, it is Canadian.
And it is current in its filings, and as such has no chance of being eliminated from the exchange simply because it sells Chinese goods, as some have suggested.
