Pro V& V is owned and Operated by Jack Cobb. Real name is Ryan Jackson Cobb. The company ProV&V was founded and run by Jack Cobb who formerly worked under the entity of Wyle Laboratories which is an AEROSPACE DEFENSE CONTRACTING ENTITY.

Wyle Laboratories, also based in Huntsville (and currently operating under the name NTS Huntsville) performed testing on Dominion software several times in the past, per EAC records. Alhough that testing appears to have occurred after Cobb’s departure from Wyle, [b]Cobb’s signature is on at least one “certification test plan” from Wyle prepared for Dominion.
