If you have plenty of dry powder, why ya worried about saving the 10% you have left here?

Write it off.


I'd use that powder to average down and prepare the cannon for the next round.

But since you don't believe this will get better next year, I know you won't put any more in.

Therefore your musket won't have any powder in it when it's time to pull the trigger.

I'm down almost 27%, which is much less than I used to be. Of course it could always get worse (and does every time we hit .03's).
