This has to be the most interesting ticker right now. Alot of great information on Twitter. This is such a clean shell that it already hit 40cents. So buying in this range IMO has minimal risk but huge reward.
At first its buy the rumor but after Coinbase announced IPO. The possibility that $JADA will be the mergering shell has grown. There is just too much valid connections to not be a coin flip 50/50 at minimal.
It will get very interesting if we get pink current.

Coinbase announces Marc Andreessen, co-founder and general partner at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), one of Coinbase’s largest investors, is transitioning from Board Observer to Board Director. This shift will allow Marc to take a more active role as a full-time board member for Coinbase. Andreessen has ties to Joseph Arcaro through former Arcaro shell QEBR and their Filecoin mining operations. A16z is one of Filecoin’s largest investors.

Coinbase files an S1 with the SEC, the first step to listing publically. SEC Form S-1 is the initial registration form for new securities required by the SEC for public companies that are based in the U.S. Any security that meets the criteria must have an S-1 filing before shares can be listed on a national exchange including an entity looking to uplist from a secondary exchange.
