If it's like most RS, a couple things will happen. First, you won't be able to trade it for 3 days, because all of the existing shares must be withdrawn, and new shares issued, 1 for each 500. The ticker will change to VRUSD.
During the 3 day no-trading time, people that have shares NOT in brokerages will sell (lenders that have shares). That will drop the price. By the time you can trade, the value will be substantially below $.25.
Been around enough of these to know - shareholders ALWAYS lose in RS's, since it is almost always due to dilution in the first place.
My strategy around any RS is to sell ALL of my shares except a handful, in this case maybe keep 10,000, which will become 20 shares. Then I wait 30 days to see what the damage is, then, if the business still looks viable, buy back in.
