Now that all the major brokers are coming in line with this, the CE designation is going to be a much bigger deal than it already is. It's going to cut off the public from buying shares using every major broker!

This might lessen some of the need for the SEC to take actions against some of these companies, as they will just slowly bleed to death without being able to dilute and trade.
