Facts: as of right now the ticker is CE

Facts: etrade is the biggest source of liquidity in the market, no question and to not have that liquidity is a negative. Look what happened to MINE when etrade restrictions were off yesterday.

Getting off of CE isn't exactly the easiest thing to do for an otc company. It's gonna take time, the more time it takes, the less people will actually care about ARCS.

By that time hardly anyone's gonna be able to buy it anyway.
