Exactly. If your companies reputation was on the line, at minimal release a pr letting everyone know to avoid the fraud and you’re looking into what legal actions you can take. I would think this would be the least the company could do. I have not directly contacted either CEO myself either. But with as many people who’s claimed they have, I’m sure ECEZ isn’t just in the dark about the news or the fact that a fake twitter account has been making post for them for the last month. I’d bet anything if the company seriously complained to twitter and explained what fraudulent activity had, and is still occurring, surly Twitter would take it down. Far as I’m concerned even if they didn’t create the fake twitter, sitting by doing nothing makes them just as liable. When the class action is formed I’m ready to sign my name to it to help them as much as they’ve helped me. :)
