Why would you need a list? You should already know if your holding any and you shouldn't deliberately buy them. OTC does have a CE filter on their screener if you need it.

The real problem is OTC is going to start pushing stocks there sooner I suspect. Companies that don't pay to play are going to have less time to enjoy it.

You could easily find yourself holding one that wasn't CE when you bought it.
