Interesting. In this case however I think the most damaging piece of false and misleading information was the lie regarding the allegedly closed 350 million cement deal, which came directly from the company. That, along with the AF lies, should be enough to threaten the responsible party/parties with criminal fraud charges. I think fines and disgorgement are a given as a result of the OSC's involvement but I hope the authorities refuse to cut a deal. They need to pursue criminal fraud charges imho. Make an example of this stock for future penny investors.
