Dilution... In the podcast CEO has said the SS will CHANGE once debt is paid off. They needed extra shares in there to have a backing in case they can't pay it off.
The shares will reduce after DEBT and DILUTION is satisfied.
CEO has also said that they planned to pay debt in full early 2021 and that's when they were trading lower than we are now. They have the means to pay the debt.

Don't fall for these bears that say dilution and the sky is falling.
