The article this morning doesn’t give them anything but “hope” they will reverse the decision that was given to Solar Co.and FCEL goes up.....
And Moderna is about to be approved from FDA to save 100’s of millions from Covid with this vaccine and it goes down from complete manipulation.....
Both are head scratching situations that are rubbing me wrong today.
I get the institutional manipulation by Analysts down grading the price and have panic selling...only to gobble up cheaper shares, but my God.
