They Didn't Make alot of Noise about it...
But back in May they announced an agreement with Avaya (AV on the NYSE).

As I say, not alot of Noise about it, but their previous name was Noise Cancelation after all
I never saw any other dissemenination of the news except via the above linked 8K announcing 'Other Events'.
